At Dropshot Archery, we stand behind the quality of our archery products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges – General Guidelines

 

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns or exchanges.

 

Online Purchases

Return Process:

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to:
    518 Pond St. Bristol, Pa 19007

 

Shipping Costs:

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

 

Refunds:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

In-Store Purchases

Bring your item and proof of purchase to our store at:

We’ll process your return or exchange on the spot, subject to inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

 

  • Custom-cut arrows or strings
  • Special order or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items (not due to defect)

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.
